Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Vibeshot Labs' services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Services

Vibeshot Labs provides B2B web application development services including but not limited to:

• MVP web application development
• Custom B2B web applications
• Internal tools and dashboards
• Enterprise web platforms

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods and will provide invoices for all services rendered.

Pricing starts at:

• MVP Web Application: Starting at $1,800
• Custom B2B Application: Starting at $5,000
• Internal Tools: Starting at $3,000

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final delivered work. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon.

Revisions and Changes

Each project includes reasonable revisions as part of the development process. Major scope changes may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.

Hosting and Maintenance

We provide setup for hosting on platforms like Vercel or Netlify with generous free tiers. Ongoing hosting costs and maintenance are the client's responsibility unless otherwise arranged.

Limitation of Liability

Vibeshot Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination, payment is due for work completed up to the termination date.
